When it ships
In-stock canopies ship within 14 days in Australia. Models in production take up to 10 weeks. We confirm your date by email when you order and tell you straight away if anything changes it.
Delivery to your door
We deliver anywhere in Australia from our warehouse in Molendinar on the Gold Coast, by road freight. Freight is not charged at checkout. Carrier prices are moving quickly at the moment, and on a box this size a few weeks can add more than $100 to a quote, so we quote your freight to your postcode after you order, at the day's best rate, and bill it separately. We follow up with the figure by email, and nothing ships until you have okayed it. We ring you to agree the delivery day before it leaves, and send you the carrier's tracking when they give us one.
What arrives
One large box on a fitted pallet, pictured below in the tub of a Silverado 2500. The base canopy weighs 58 kg, so it takes two people to lift, or a forklift. Check the box before the driver leaves and note any damage on the delivery docket. Tell us within three days of delivery, with photos, and we repair or replace it at no cost to you.
If the quote does not suit
Switch to free pickup from Molendinar, or cancel your order for a full refund of what you have paid. We would rather talk it through than surprise you; nothing is added without your say so.
Pickup, no charge
Collect from 14 Reichert Drive, Molendinar QLD 4214, between 8:30am and 4pm. Tick pickup at checkout and we ring you to book a time that suits you when your canopy is ready. Bring a trailer or a ute (the box fits most tubs) and a second pair of hands. If you are local, ask us about fitting at the warehouse instead: it is the best outcome for a customer within pickup range, and we would rather fit it for you than hand over the box. About fitting.
Add-ons on their own
Roof racks, the rear security screen and MaxTrax mounts ordered without a canopy go as a parcel. The parcel freight is quoted the same way, after you order, or pick them up free.
American trucks and overseas
We supply RAM, Silverado and F-150 owners in Australia at the prices on this site. For delivery outside Australia, contact us with your vehicle and location and we will quote freight and availability.
