Terms of sale.

These terms apply to orders placed with Retract Canopy Systems Pty Ltd, ABN 37 652 706 048 (RCS), through this website.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. Your order is confirmed by email with an order number.

Delivery times

In-stock canopies ship within 14 days in Australia. Models in production take up to 10 weeks. We confirm your date by email and tell you promptly if anything changes it.

Delivery and pickup

The price you pay at checkout covers the canopy and any add-ons. Freight for delivery is not included: we quote it to your postcode after you order, at the carrier's current rate, and bill it separately before dispatch. If you do not accept the freight quote you may switch to free pickup from Molendinar or cancel for a full refund of what you have paid. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Changes and cancellation

You can change or cancel your order for a full refund until your canopy enters production. After that, contact us and we will do what we reasonably can.

Returns and refunds

Every canopy is built to your ute and spec, so we cannot take it back for a change of mind once it has shipped. If it arrives damaged, tell us within three days of delivery with photos and we will repair or replace it. If it is faulty, or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law, and we cover the freight. Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with.

Fitting

Fitting is arranged with you after your order and paid on the day, never through this website. A canopy fitted other than to the fitting guide, or modified, is outside the warranty.

Warranty and consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The RCS warranty sits alongside those rights.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
