One year, no argument.

Every RCS canopy is covered by a 12 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date it is delivered or fitted. If something we made or supplied fails in that time, we fix it.

What it covers

• The headboard, scissor frame and mounting hardware
• The electric drive, the key fob and the headboard button
• The canvas cover, zips and seals
• The LED strip and the wiring supplied with the canopy
• Roof racks, the rear security screen and MaxTrax mounts bought from us

What it does not cover

• Damage from an accident, misuse, overloading or a modification to the canopy
• Normal wear, fading or scuffing of the cover and zips
• Fitting that did not follow the fitting guide, unless we or one of our installers fitted it
• Loss or damage to things carried in the tub
